Full payment must be received on or before Friday, April 2, 20276, to be eligible for the membership discount

Conference Cancellation by CCCSAA
The CCCSAA reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that render it non-viable. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, CCCSAA has the right to issue a full refund or transfer the registration to the same event on the new, future date. If CCCSAA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Unless specifically stated on the registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is within 24 hours of payment, minus a $100 service fee. Cancellations received more than 3 days after payment may not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, for any return checks or insufficient funds, a $100 management fee will be applied to the attendee per incident. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the attendee's name and/or the transaction number. Refund checks will be mailed back to the address provided at the time of cancellation.
