2023 CCCSAA Student Leadership Scholarship

The CCCSAA Student Leadership Scholarships are awarded to currently enrolled Community College students involved in campus leadership. Applicants must be from a California Community College with an advisor who is a current member of CCCSAA.

Award
Ten (10) scholarships at $500.00 each will be awarded

Eligibility
No more than one applicant may be nominated by each Active Member. All applicants must be student leaders within the California Community College system and be currently enrolled in six (6) units or more at the nominating Active Member’s institution and also have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Applicants must show a history of participating in campus leadership during the current academic year.

Selection Process Notification
The Past President serves as chair of the Scholarship Selection Committee. The selection committee is composed of at least four individuals. No Reviewer shall review applicants from their own institution. In case of ties or conflict of interest, the President-elect may conduct a final review of all applications.

Deadline
Applications must be submitted BEFORE the deadline of Friday, March 30, 2023 by 5 pm PST.

Please note: Scholarship nominations MUST be submitted by an advisor who is a current CCCSAA member. Students wishing to apply for this scholarship must contact their advisor for eligibility. 

Scholarship recipients MUST submit a completed W-9 form by Friday, April 28, 2023 to receive their awards.
