California Community College Student Affairs Association (CCCSAA) is pleased to announce the 2023 Student Leadership Conference on October 27 -29. This three-day student leadership development and training conference focuses on building individual student leadership and technical skills and professional collaborative connections.

We invite you to present your research, experiences, lessons learned, and successes related to developing and supporting student leaders’ personal and professional development. Our conference aims to provide the necessary tools and resources to empower students to lead, advocate and raise their voices to invoke change in their environment.  We are hoping for workshops related to the following areas:

•         Leadership Styles
•         Networking
•         Conflict Resolution
•         Shared/Participatory Governance
•         Social Justice
•         Cultural Competency
•         Event Planning/Coordination
•         Marketing
•         Advocacy for Marginalized Populations ( LGBTQ+,DREAMER Centers, etc.)  
•         Other
